At Sunnydaze Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. Just as we carefully nurture our plants, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unplanted, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of our plant-loving community, we cannot accept returns on:
- Live plants (from our Flowers & Plants section) due to their perishable nature
- Opened Insect & Pest Control products for safety reasons
- Custom or personalized planters
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. For planters and greenhouses, please include all parts and accessories.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our return center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
Return Shipping Address
Upon approval, you’ll receive our return address. Do not send returns to our business address as we cannot accept packages there.
Note: International customers (outside the U.S.) may be responsible for customs fees on returned items.
