Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with the same attention we give our plants:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Just as plants sometimes need special care, we understand that sometimes orders do too. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unplanted, and in original packaging with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our gardening community, we cannot accept returns on:
- Live plants (from our Flowers & Plants section)
- Opened Insect & Pest Control products
- Custom or personalized planters
- Items marked “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. For planters and greenhouses, include all parts and accessories.
- Ship It Back: Send to our return center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original product
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
Important: Do not send returns to our business address (911 Hillside Street, Mesa, US 85225) as we cannot accept packages there. You’ll receive our return center address upon approval of your return request.
